That said, I know a few MHP operators that make some pretty tremendous money on the trailers, mostly by renting to people who need to pay in cash and have someone not ask a lot of questions - illegal/undocumented immigrants, transients, probably some criminals for sure, sometimes people (mostly women) hiding from domestic abusers, etc.

. - Hostfully(seems to be most cheap)- Uplisting(seems to be the most professional)- Hospitable(most friendly UI & the only one I currently have experience with)     Biggest con for me is lacking in ai for messaging which they've denied integrations with developers.

It is very common in CRE to bait and switch or have a loan denied and paying $2k+ for an appraisal and a 1% deposit. 

Now they are screwed - every time they fill out an application, for their next rental, to buy anything on credit (like a car) or buying a house...this Judgement will pop up and they will be denied.

Familiarize yourself with the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities, including those recovering from substance abuse.

Stephenson,I understand your premise, and although the situation is ripe for abuse I can understand the value of a quick sale.
