@John McCurley most "Downpayment Assistance Programs" (DAPs) and/or "First Time Homebuyer" programs will have restrictions on people who already own a home.  

Been scouring the forums and web around this topic and wanting to see if anyone looked at a 401K loan from another lens. 

I would recommend hiring a videographer with an ultra wide angle lens, gimbal, and proven editing experience.

@Josh Caldwell Take a picture of a single tile and do a google image search (or use google lens if your phone supports it), you might be able to find a vendor online.

Last year my wife and I purchased our forever home, this was before I found the BiggerPockets website and since then I’m looking at our forever home through a different lens.

DAP makes one called Extreme Stretch and I don't have any long term data on that one.

I would be approaching this with more of lens to learn the nooks and crannies of being a landlord rather than the yield and the metrics it would spit out.

I like DAP Alex Painter's Acrylic Latex Caulk - White which can be found at most home stores.Prime wallpaper with an OIl-based Primer, like Zinsser High Hide Cover and Sealer, or Guardz (a little goes a long way, use cheap paint roller cover that you can throw away). 

You make a really good point on the mortgage price and interest paid on all that is not equity, I have never looked at it through that exact lens, I like it.
