On of my partners in PDX ( we do deals together) I fund he finds them ... he has a partner in KC and they own 150 of these .. but his partner runs it.. does everything.. they tried to buy some in low end areas of memphis and got screwed over by management.. manager said their 8 homes were vacant .. they finally went over there and found all of them were rented and the manager was stealing the money LOL
