I don't think they would do the stucco though. 

I honestly think that will be the #1 delay to things.

So sad...... what is scary too is they only have them 10-20% contained and they are expected to get high winds again which can carry those embers pretty far. you also have to think these fire fighters etc. have been working around the clock and must be exhausted.

I'm just south of the twin cities, but I'd think Fairbault or Owatanna might be a good place to meet since there centally located between Rochester, Mankato and Albert Lea.

Over the course of using Bigger Pockets I have had very degrees of opinions on who I should vote for concerning a post.When I first started using Bigger Pockets, I was too naïve to even think of voting for someone that took the time to answer one of my post.  

They think it's unfair because they only shower once a week but can hear the upstairs neighbor showering twice daily.

Make sure you have that addressed just from a liability standpoint. 4) You could also look into a mid-term rental option with traveling nurses if you think the unit is truly rentable. 5) AirBnB restrictions have gotten much stricter as well in general in Chicago, so make sure you are on the right side of those if you put your unit up since you are required to register with the City.

I think it is really important that you establish a good relationship with an independent insurance broker!
