They both provide really good info in their videos, but as content creators, their titles and thumbnails have gotten pretty clickbait-y.

Does anyone know of a way to setup an affiliate program for content creators that can integrate with that app or perhaps another alternative?

I also know that the military is by far the largest economic creator in the market, so it's often tough finding quality tenants for conventional multifamily properties. 

I joined a group called simplepassivecashflow, the creator of the podcast/site happened to be from Hawaii and had 11 turnkeys before.

Banks are HORRIBLE places to keep money, (the only reason I have a few different bank accounts is because I am complete rubbish at paying bills so set up auto pay) they get loans from the monster called the Fed the creator of digital money out of thin air at super low rates and are supposed to use that money to jump start the economy by giving out small business loans, but what they really do with that money is they keep it in house as bonus for the psychopaths sitting behind oak desk in the bank and then make it almost impossible to get a loan.

I don’t know @Collin H. personally, but from following him on Bigger Pockets I’d say he’s a rare and valuable resource as a property manager in the Smokies. 95% of PMs in the area do not know what they are doing, but I’m fairly confident from what Collin says on these forums that he could be well worth it for a newbie.There are wildly varying opinions on PM vs self-manage, and some of the best content creators on STRs push the idea that it’s easy to self-manage remotely.

But perhaps that's not the problem for the content creator, which group you end up in is entirely up to the individual.
