Hopefully the good that comes out of this is people will learn how to be courteous and not go out in public when they're clearly sick....I can also see why MF renters might want to buy now - I can see the justification in wanting a SFH than having to be in closed quarters in an apartment building.

I just bought an SFH investment property in Brandon MS, and Chad Seabrook was very quick and courteous.

One of the new PMs I signed with was courteous, efficient, and said just the right things over the phone, and I believed they were the right fit.

The folks there were extremely  courteous and were always so happy to hear that we were from out of town just visiting and enjoying the beautiful scenery here.

I agree that people need to show each other grace, or courteous goodwill. 

After that, we'll have to do the final lease paperwork, along with the security deposit and I don't want each of these to take a week to receive.Is there any courteous approach in telling her that I need these papers or I will have to move on to an alternative candidate? 

Just by making the distinction, tenants will be more mindful of usage, but you have to couple that with screening them well to make sure you get someone who's courteous enough to not abuse what they're given.  

Additionally, I explain to all my tenants in a nice and courteous way that the notice that they will receive in the mail is only a notice and everything will go away as soon as I get the payment in full.
