Squirrels and HVAC that you weren't asking about a crime relating to putting squirrels in an air conditioner?

They already do that in my market with our air conditioners, the power company can control them.But on a rental property...who really cares?

Replacing defunct air conditioner in another unit.

I mainly did necessary repairs like foundations and air conditioners.

Just plan for a period of that along with an air conditioner and a roof or two going at the same time.  

Last night we looked at this house and it was from 1953 and NOTHING has ever been replaced except the roof, air conditioner, and water heater.

In addition Issue lease violations for air conditioners left in all winter and open windows. 

After buying the condo for 365,000 I added about 21,000 in improvements - carpet, paint, new kitchen, new air conditioner/furnace etc.

Does anyone have any good resources on the energy use of various window air conditioners?

They are just north of 8 mile which is South Warren and the border of North Detroit (very bad neighborhoods and crime) but is generally an ok neighborhood.The other reason is that the actually use the house to run their business rather than renting a commercial unit because it's cheaper.In fact these same tenants split the cost to add a central air conditioner because it's been so hot here this summer.
