It's very common for a landlord to be in compliance with one law but non-compliant with others. 

They put a home here then a home there so I’m not sure if it’s compliant.

Sooooo, does anyone like @Bryan Hancock or @Dmitriy Fomichenko have any thoughts as to weather this would be compliant with IRS regs, or any other creative ideas on how to have Marilyn get her capital for RMDs without my spouse and my IRAs having to withdraw? 

Damage is already at 130k plus code compliant updates that will be required.  

But why take this risk when keeping an IRS-compliant log is ridiculously easy these days, with phone apps like MileIQ, TripLog and many others.  

Is your unit ADA compliant?

I want to be law compliant and I wanted to exclude the chance that we could be sued. 

They determined that the unit was a legal, non-compliant unit.  

I believe it’s like 30 years to remain compliant for tax credits.
