Assisted Living Facilty - Baltimore
Hello,
I recently purchased a duplex in northeast Baltimore city. I will live in one unit and rent out the other one. I would like to rent the other unit to someone who operates an assisted living facility.
3 Bedroom
2 Bathroom
2 floors
Where do I go to find assisted living facility operators, who are looking for a place to lease. How much more can I expect compared to market rent.
Any advice/assistance is helpful. Inexperienced with Assisted Living Facilities.
Thank you!

My first question would be: is this one-level living? If it's not, you'd have to either add a chair lift or an elevator. Then I would start with an online search for whatever they are called in your state. Different states call them different things. Then you can go visit them, write them a letter or call them on the phone.
