People use bad experiences and classify everyone as the same.

I would open it up to traditional bank financing or post here in the CLASSIFIED section 

My understanding is that when renting out rooms in a primary residence, the income is classified as boarder income and isn't counted towards DTI, as outlined in Fannie Mae's guidelines(https://selling-guide.fanniemae.com/Underwriting-Borrowers/I...).

Because it will be classified as an investment property, an appraiser may do a rent survey and determine what it should rent for.

I will be posting some properties in the classified later this week if all goes well with my listing appointment (fingers crossed!)

Hi Bigger Pockets Community,New member here...Im looking for some advice on whether I should be classified as a REPS or not for 2023 Tax year as my CPA isnt much help on determining if I should make this designation.
