It is the classic Vanilla vs Chocolate.  

It’s in my blood to be an entrepreneur, ever since 4th grade I started selling chocolates in school, and escalated to selling junk food, like chips and soda, all throughout middle school and high school, while also working part time.

We give them tins full of Moose Munch (which is basically popcorn, caramel, and chocolate) and a hand written card wishing them a happy holiday. 

Chocolate chip is good.

Too many dark chocolate covered espresso beans late at night.  

Inheriting tenants is like a box of chocolates; You just never know what you're going to get!

These situations are the main reason I advocate for a month to month agreement with new tenants, because new tenants are like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're gonna get!

Fun to fantasize about but cannot bring myself to spend a dime on it I think I have a better chance finding the golden ticket to the willie wonka chocolate factory Besides, I have seen several people I know that got severely hooked into gambling when they just merely “had fun” and started to gamble.

My weakness is chocolate decadent desserts (ummmhhh).

But I'll take a tall white hot chocolate or hot apple cider from Starbucks almost anyday!!
