Hey everyone, I recently moved to Charlotte with my wife and newborn daughter. 

I am planning to buy and hold for 10 years and sell it for my child education and my retirement.Or if I hav the finance increase the value by building a mini commercial complex like McDonald,postal service,petrol station,etc,The location is a issue now.Either I should buy in urban or rural area.If you need any other additional info please let me know.Tonnes of appreciation

I will be taking a little pause (about 3 months off) around Christmas or New Years for the birth of my first child and for some stuff I need to do professionally, but I plan on getting back at it next summer and having those 2 units completely up and running by the beginning of May 2018.  

Spoke to tenant and was told Sept rent should be coming, there was loss of child support, and rent payments will be back on track for Oct 1st.    

My wife and I are expecting our first child in February and would love to have some cash flow outside of our daily jobs.

I'm 25 years old, married with a child on the way.

However the three years does not start until the child reaches the age of majority (18).

I recently had a newborn son and with that I sold the rest of my retail businesses to focus on my family.

So I sat in my little hotel room with wife, my new born, my 10 week old puppy and a UHaul parked outside trying to figure it all out.
