Renting a room shouldn’t be an issue.  Renting

In fact some banks will charge you monthly fees for a 'business' account and some card issuers won't give you points on 'business' card accounts.

Electricians are in demand, but is it enough to take the risk of taking out a $100k loan to start a company that I'll be on a diet of Ramen noodles for the next year or are you so desperately looking for trades that I can hold up a cardboard sign and land 3 jobs within an hour?

My gut says that I should go with a higher quality cabinet, possibly solid wood instead of cardboard, so that I would be able to stand up to some abuse.  

When I showed up I found most of their kitchen drawers and cabinets contents still there, trashed carpets with motor oils (tracked in from working on his car in the garage), half of a 2 car garage full of trash bags, a broken window, lots of stuffed animals and art supplies, and about 150 empty 12 pack cardboard containers of Keystone Light and as many cans.

The cost issue really only affects your return the first couple of years. 

You shouldn’t have an issue renting it out, but definitely bring it to the attention of the broker/agent and if you have a friendly title company that you know, run it by them.

I'm not trying to limit to accredited investors, so I looked at two things from 506(b): 1) Issuer must have a substantive, pre-existing relationship with investors; 2) General solicitation or advertising of the securities is prohibited.
