@Hai Loc That's a very broad question - too broad to answer with any accuracy relevant to your situation but, generally speaking, buy & hold rental income (passive income, depreciation deduction, favorable capital gains rates, 1031 exchange capability, the list goes on and on) is more tax-advantaged than development/fix & flip income (earned income, self-employment taxes, etc.).
