I’m in NH not far from the Maine border and paid 12,700 for a natural gas combo heat/hot water unit to be installed.

I can't afford to gamble. 

It is also a little further from the border drama.

There's plenty of Markets from Western PA all the way to the western border of Indiana that offer great entry points, affordable rehab costs, antiquated houses, emerging neighborhoods. 

So it’s a little gamble that’s taking here as it cost extra as 700 per month around 8.4K per year from my pocket .
