Time's up.In my experience, inherited tenants who have been getting way too good a deal, will never be lovely, cooperative tenants.  

Over his distinguished career he was responsible for over 789 arrests and is beloved by the department and the children they visit at the local hospital. 

I suggest you do not get a veterinarian test on the beloved pet.

Everybody wants to use some fancy language in order to have their beloved pets.

To me, having a property manager managing all of your rentals would free up your time to do what you love and/or spend all the time you want with your beloved ones.

This is close to what we've discussed, @J Scott - a panel show would be lovely IMO.
