Some people want their own beds, they are free to bring them in but, I don't let them get rid of the beds provided.

I am planning on living in the house next year and renting out the other rooms (3 bed 2 bath).

Recently 2 new grads from out of State applied to rent my vacant 3 bed apartment.

Multiple tenants cannot pay, tons of bugs on the backend, User Interface doesn't load 30% of the time, the support team is based in the Philippines and they have no idea what they are doing just copying and pasting scripts. 

We are getting a sofa bed for the living room of our STR.
