I started investing a few years ago and once you get started it kinda becomes addicting and you learn so much!

We had much success on the first house and became addicted.

Like a drug addict, Baltimore must first hit rock bottom before there is any hope of change.

Even worse if she had addictions like shopping or gambling.A problem would be if you invested and she wanted to sell and give up the first time you had any problem that investors routinely or predictably will have (if they invest long term) like tenant damage or unanticipated construction.  

@James BarryI’m a macrovoices addict and I also love studying how money works ( ie fractional reserve Banking, what is money etc, how is a dollar created, Breton woods agreement)I agree with the things you said may not matter as much as people think.

Now, I'll admit something of an addiction to it, to the point of having an approach avoidance to consistently jotting with the pen, even into such a cool creation as my 90 DAYS OF INTENTION JOURNAL.

Its like being drug addict going from the next high to the next... without the drugs.

I came across BP a few weeks back and I've been addicted ever since.  

I've been reading just about every post in here just sponging everything that I can, I've Listened to all the podcast episodes which is quite addicting I might add.

It is an addictive site!
