Thanks,GregI put Xbox in all my strs hooked up to a 10’ theater screen as an extra amenity to help set myself apart from others.  

A wealth of family attractions are also nearby, including amusement parks, water parks, go-karting, and a movie theater.

I was thinking if I make the rooms nice and bright with recessed lights maybe I could advertise the rooms as possible home office, fitness room, man cave, your own movie theater, crafts room etc.

I couldn't imagine paying that much but then I wasn't a Theater Major back then either lol!

The homes that are getting $50k have it all, guest house, pool, tennis court, movie theater, and waterfront/views.

There are several student housing complexes that offer low rents, movie theater, pool, BBQ area, and more, but they also have terrible management, and parties constantly. 

Eateries, wineries, theater, boutiques, novelty sports, all with high prices.

After all, would you rather rent a 20-year-old condo, or a newly built apartment with multiple pools, a theater, a running track, an exercise room, and free WiFi?
