It's the enemy method, search it on Youtube. 

Most people that have limited experience go the thought leadership route.Start learning everything you can about real estate investing and then regurgitate it by writing blogs, starting or being featured on podcasts, blab about it on YouTube and social media.  

People did not have BiggerPockets, YouTube, podcasts, or hundreds of books on real estate investing.

To tap into discussions re other CRMs, search here on "CRM",  "Freedomsoft", "deal machine",  "property list manager", "investor fuse" , I would do these same searches on youtube!!!!!   

My co-worker got me into the youtube real-estate rookie and now I'm here on bigger pockets learning more.

They have plenty of videos on YouTube you can check out. 

Outside of real estate and data science, I love board games, cooking, classic rock music and travelling (might travel around Mexico/Cancun if possible).
