I can't believe you suggested homebuyers should ask if a house has been flipped and then have their inspector thoroughly check out the things that have been rehabbed. The nerve!

I’d stay away from CREW magazine as it’s incredibly fluffy and provides nearly zero legitimate education.

I them I work for Vogue magazine and am doing a piece on hair salons. 

In 2017 I was on BP Podcast 238, front cover of their Wealth Magazine and featured in their 1st chapter of their fabulous book by Josh and Brandon called How to invest in Real Estate, the ultimate beginner’s guide and have been giving free advice before that and after that to help many people on their way to be financially free too at no charge!!

I realize that may be tough as a New Yorker, since you may not have a car. 

Other issues are along the lines of any small motel, advertising in RV magazines is not cheap and road signs are necessary if you don't have visibility.

This year I'm running an ad in the Writer's Magazine featuring my property as a writer's retreat (this was always my idea, hence the built in desk) Hopefully this will get me a long term rental and I won't spend as much for cleaning for the shorter term rental guests.
