(Did my undergrad studies in NC.)

Hi everyone, I'm a 19 year old Pre-med undergrad student with no experience in real estate or investing whatsoever but I guess that's the reason I'm here.

I find my project management education to be way more relevant and helpful than my undergrad, but they don't have project management as an undergrad option. ;)  Also, project management opens a lot of doors for consulting work and side work if/when needed; and gives you something to market yourself to other investors who need help keeping their projects on track.Good luck to you both!  

Hey Curtis,My partner and I buy in the NOVA area, and I went to ODU for undergrad so I'm interested in the HR area too.

So initially  started my search from Perry Hall area then to Towson/ Timonium area , also dabbled at the idea of buying 2 bedroom condo's near Hopkins undergrad campus. 

I received scholarships to cover a large part of undergrad/grad school, however remaining student loans are still insane and med school loans #$%^&*( driving me nuts even worse.

My target demographic is last 3 years of undergrad -> grad school -> first 3 years of working life while they save for a downpayment.

@Andre Jernigan I did my whole MBA on line and did better then I did in person with my undergrad.

Still just getting into different types of strategies and markets in the lower mainland as I’ve just moved back from my undergrad in Ontario.

I was unable to get into that program because my undergrad gpa was not high enough, now I went on to 4.0 an MBA program at Baker and carry four addition A grades on my first four classes toward an MAOL (just to gain addition credits to teach and learn, my employer has 100% reimbursement program up to $5250 a year) so I’m not joker of a student, your program is certainly excellent; tough to get into.
