How would our 15 employees, which makes up average people in the US, be able to afford to think about a house right now?

If your short term plan is based on lack of access to capital then you may want to trade your time for partnership with person with money and get over that hump! 

I’m asking if we were to decide on this first property that we don’t want to set up an LLC, is there any sort of additional partnership agreements to be made beyond the joint loan between us being of equal contribution?

Lastly, what strategies did you use to get yourself over the hump of purchasing that first property?
