Looking for insurance on rentals in port orchard, Tacoma, gig harbor, Kitsap area.

Hello all,I created a profile a little while ago and have been steadily soaking up information from the forums/podcasts/etc - thought it was time to introduce myself with a post.I'm currently living in the Seattle area and recently purchased a rental property(small 4 units) down in Tacoma. 

A personal goal of mine is to build a portfolio and a strong team here, so that I can live back out on the west coast in Seattle/Tacoma  close to family, and raise my kids.

This concerns me because we cannot always control what the movers do.

I've done this on my first two house hacks in suburbs of big cities (Denver and Seattle/Tacoma).

The RE world however has always been full of the movers and shakers of the country and still is, so a little more competition, but there are less players coming up from the younger generation now....

I would look at it like, what would first, last and security be on a new place plus maybe the cost of the mover.

I live in the Seattle-Tacoma area so neighborhoods that are outside the city, developing, and still an easy commute to downtown make sense for me.

Long story short I sold my duplex (that I house hacked) in the Tacoma Seattle are of WA state.
