New in Seattle area

Hello all,

I created a profile a little while ago and have been steadily soaking up information from the forums/podcasts/etc - thought it was time to introduce myself with a post.

I'm currently living in the Seattle area and recently purchased a rental property(small 4 units) down in Tacoma. It needs extensive work before it can be rented and will keep me busy this summer for sure! I have some rehab experience but not much, so I've been trying to do most of the work myself to learn more and also cut costs. Of course, I'll have to balance the extra time it takes me to do things myself with lost rent it causes by delaying getting tenants in there.

-Jeff
