Put a 5 day notice on the door you can get the verbiage from the magistrate's office @ end of 5 days go back to the magistrate fill 10 day notice (police will serve this one $40 in Cherokee County)  @ end of 10 day back to magistrate's office file 24hr ($10) notice police will file again at the end of 24hr schedule Police officer to meet you at the house you will have to move all their things to the curb/end of the drive you can change the locks @ that point.

Retired police/military/firefighters/contractors/plumbers/etc. or other folks who are retired but want some "extra" money for hobbies are good sources for finding someone willing to do smaller jobs.

Funny how the one we did the best on was across the street from a teaching hospital, and the ones we didn't do too well on were C areas that descended into D areas quicklyWe always said that once we had some equity built up in our primary house, that we'd tap into it and start investing again.
