If you are simply replacing physical time with mental energy worrying about your syndication investments, I would not say the trade off is worth it.

I I learned how to fly years ago in about 10 hours I soloed.. but I was not licensed I had a student license after passing physical but you still needed to take the big test and a flight test to be legal and get your wings.Real estate for most folks is their most important or biggest financial asset they have or will have and now you have all these unlicensed yahoos running around with little to no education many with very suspect morals etc .. trying to bring buyer and seller together for compensation..

I see that they don't currently have physical checks (though will send one on your behalf) and it takes 6-7 business days for a check to show up in your account after depositing via their app. 

Being successful in real estate investing is no easy thing – it's not just about mastering facts; it demands a toll on physical, emotional, and philosophical levels.

One more thing about that, is your actual physical gate opener the same brand or does that not matter?

Even if they did insure the entire condo (unlikely) or if you decided to self-insure for physical damage you could get premises liability on the property.

I'd echo @Mason Bear's point to come and put your physical eyes on the property during the day and evening to see what you are getting into. 

Two months ago, I initiated a Physical Fitness Class, which has quickly grown to 200 members.

But I don't have a physical office location, I work remotely with clients all over the US. 

That takes very knowledgeable contractors and maintenance, and staying proactive with your management of the physical property itself.
