I personally only use TN LLC because I am diligently maintaining all corporate formalities and staying up date with state LLC laws, this is my personal choice but again.. this all depends on your specific risk tolerance and investment situation.

Personally, I’ve been exploring opportunities where growth patterns and infrastructure expansion hint at future value increases.

If the loan officer asks you about your debts, you can ask clarifying questions such as are you asking for personal debts or business debts?

I personally never look at BP on my phone or the app on my phone but i just checked it and its still there it brings up the forum threads maybe BC I already had it ? 

To me personally as well I found it was more important for what I do to cultivate commerical bankers and those relationships so I could get access to bank rate capital and lots of it !!

All my information is based on both my personal experience as to transactions I have successfully concluded as well as my knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations affecting real estate transfer, finance and sale currently in effect.  

Meaning they went into a standalone bank account (not mixed with your other personal funds). 

I've heard good things, but not personally worked with them.
