I'm going to be dropping the hammer on some guests who stayed over Christmas, were SUPER PICKY about everything and had me scrambling on Christmas Day to find pots and pans that didn't have superficial scratches on them... and then left the place a total mess, didn't follow any of my check-out instructions, my housekeepers picked up an entire garbage bag worth of trash - and it was just two people!  

Conventusfrom my persona experience all of them have corted me to bring them loans as a broker. my net is not wide enough you have to wade through a lot of borrowers to find ones that are loan worthy and realistic.

I wouldnt stir up the pot until either A.) she refuses to let anyone in, or B.) she doesnt pay rent. 

In six short months, I have taken my savings from a mere couple hundred to now within a few hundred of a fully funded "safety net."  I

Bedrooms:  Size appropriate for size of house, any 'nested'-go through one to get to another- closet sizes and condition of closetSMELLY:  any scent of mold, pets, pet pee, smoking, smoking pot, etc.Fireplace, check chimney from outside for condition and inside for conditionpool, check for condition, check deck and all attachments-heater? 

And i'm about to personally fix the pot holes in the parking lot.

I was just curious what input you guys would throw in the pot.. we were thinking of maybe doing a split 50/50, just unsure how we gauge it if one brings in more business over the other. 

A new tenant just moved in and the other tenants have complained about the smell of pot resonating to their units.I have communicated to the new tenant about other tenants complaining about smoke resonating from her apartment and I pointed out that I advertised the apartment as a smoke free apartment.
