Now that tends to strike many people as odd, but remember that most millennials don't know the first thing about even writing a check.

Not sure on Ali's comments and data but rents are up, millennials are moving in and economy is more diverse than ever.  

If you are in a "hip" city that has a shortage of affordable housing (like Austin), I think it's a good idea if you can make them cool, sustainable, and green whilest being sturdy enough to transport out to wherever these mobile millennials are going to live.

I am interested in this topic in relation to the millennial generation.

It was significantly better than most of LA as far as local job growth, income growth, population growth, millennial growth and basically running on all cylinders.

They call millennials the "review generation" (some do) because we like to read reviews before we buy, and here is a good example as to why we do that!
