In Michigan, there are several flavors of eviction.

Below is a graph of the median list price since 2019.Contrast that to a market like Detroit where the median list price has doubled since 2019.I'm a licensed agent in Michigan, but I reside in California.

It takes a lot of the headache away from me, plus when I was listing them myself (I am licensed as well), people would be able to see that I was the owner and the agent (because you have to disclose that, in MI anyway).
