I just wanted to go off of what Holly said and say that contrary to her suggestion for seeking a "non self-space" learning environment, I went with the 100% online Kaplan real estate courses (because I happen to be a good self learner) and was able to complete my states 90 hours of education in about a month in my free time and was able to pass both the state and national test first try without any concern.

I'm interested in the BRRRR method - from what I learner, you refinance a rehabbed property after holding it & renting it out for 6 months, and showing the rental agreement with your tenant. 

Though I'm a newbie when it comes to real estate, I'm a quick learner and can offer a lot in the way of marketing.  

He seems like not an good audio learner (My kids are "different" learners and Ive gotten good at detecting this) Told me a price of $250 to replace a 4 in by 4in pane of glass in a side door.

I'm a hands on learner and would love to have a conversation with people who have done this process before.

I understand the fundamentals, however I have no idea how to get started, in terms of network / connection to buyers.I am a highly motivated learner of real estate investing, in the pursuit of finding a suitable purchase for my first rental property to convert into 2-3 living spaces in Hamilton, ON.

Though I am not a carpenter by any means, I am a hard worker, fast learner, and can offer several hours a week to aid in any type of demolition or maintenance for free, provided instruction.

Can you all suggest to me the best forums and things which I should use and learn in the BP website and community as first time learner and investor Thanks in adavnce. 

I come to you extremely humbly and admit to being a better learner by doing than by reading and writing (its a miracle I've made it through college), though with something requiring most of our savings I want to read and hear as much as possible before committing.

I am so far a learner and would like to learn slowly and start to know people around here.
