You will get use of Instagram just by checking a box when installing the Facebook ad. 

I love looking at people on Instagram whose living their “best life” then I end up on there for 3-4 hrs.

   :) This way when you find a deal that's worthwhile you won't necessarily have pay a realtor commission on top of a wholesale fee or the like.There are resources out there (websites & data companies, squeeze pages, facebook & instagram marketing, radio & tv ads, direct mail postcards & yellow letters,  and on and on and on) that'll help you find & attract these motivated sellers. 

I'm just curious, for those of you who are Real Estate agents/Brokers or property flippers that are buying/selling, are you utilizing social media (Facebook & Instagram) as a marketing tool?
