I got shiny object syndrome and was researching every buying strategy possible.

I work with investors who have low bid syndrome and do the DIY route. 

As a new LL , it  might be easier to pretend to be the manager if you have "nice guy syndrome" and  if you want to avoid getting burned by tenants.   

I also have Asperger's syndrome, which may or may not hinder me in this field.I don't know what I can do on this site at my age, so I might not post much here for a while.Finally, in the words of Forrest Gump:"That's all I have to say about that."

Lack of sun can be a serious problem....or there wouldn't be such a thing as Sunlight deficiency syndrom. 

By having a PM run a property you are living in you will run into the "too many cooks in the kitchen" syndrome.

You can choose to be different out there and to do that you need a custom design.Brokers and agents tend to get the (shiny object syndrome) and switch from website company to website company paying monthly fees. 

Buyers have to stay away from the (next shiny object syndrome) and get down to the WHY of buying something to narrow down and go a specific asset class direction.These days I mainly focus on retail properties all day long STNL and MTNL.

Investing in 3 markets is a result of "taking action " overload mixed with shiny object syndrome haha. 

We had a processor some time ago who earned the nickname Munchausen (short for Munchausen syndrome by proxy)... she kept finding major problems with deals that actually had no problems.
