More regionally, Boston's STR regulations have gotten more stringent, moving from earlier proposals that would have allowed out of state rentals, to its current form allowing only home share or owner-adjacent rentals.

Hi All,I own a few rental units in the Boston area and I recently came across an apartment building (16 units) that seems to be a good deal.

We have a transportation business that picking up and I would like to use some of the cash to invest in some rental properties.

Located in the greater Boston area and have a friend who wants to partner up.

If we clean it up, it encourages them to be irresponsible, if we 'fine' everyone in the house it creates a problem.A guest might be headed to Boston for their next training rotation and the other returning to South Sudan, and they see the trunk where we keep extra pillows, blankets, etc.
