.....NO.....so they can go pound sand.If they want to go after someone they can call up their inspector or the guy that did the work..... you have no liability for this at all.If you want to pay them to go away, then go ahead....but make sure you get an iron clad release signed

Put a lot of the little extras in there that don't cost much but that people appreciate for good reviews (a coffee maker with pods, an ironing board, a few snacks , a sixpack of local beer, etc).Also, I use Airbnb to rent out my basement apt to tourists and to find places to stay when I travel.

;age of the building;have there been any updates to the building envelope over the years (insulation, vapour retarder/barrier, fenestration, etc);are the radiators the older, freestanding cast-iron type, the mid-century baseboards, or the more modern flat(ish) panels;are the hydronic heating lines copper, black iron or {red} brass?

I told them I’d have the repair man come take a look to ensure them it works, yet they call non stop telling me it’s broken and want a new one.My gut tells me they just want brand new appliances in the kitchen, but how can I determine that when I don’t live there, and when I go to take a look myself, it is ironically working fine that day.
