I'm assuming that if you're saying their return is 15 to 18%, then if you put in 100k, you'll end up getting 75k back in 5 years when they sell and all their payouts and the sale is returned?

We did however, put in brand new HVAC to both units, new flooring in the bigger unit and then furnished them nicely to rent MTR. n This location is 2 miles from one of the largest hospitals in Knoxville and only 3 miles to the college and downtown.

As good as it looked when it was first put in, if this isn't something that can be fixed I can't really recommend it at $3/sq ft.

I have heard of instances where one (the borrower) is allowed to choose the appraisal company or put in a recommendation for one which the institutional bank may honor, and then the person already knows someone there, that they have gotten to know with time from other projects, and it's not unnaturally inflating value but favoring a good one to keep the reoccurring client.

Since she is already willing to go to court I know she wont actually leave or pay rent but I want to make sure She cant say on court that she didnt pay because she didnt know how much to pay.2- On November 5th (because thats the date of the notice to vacate I put in because I thought I had to give her 30 days and I wanted to be nice) I will file for eviction.The issue is that I know the previous landlord used to pay the eletric for the house, though the lease clearly states is the tenants responsability.
