You can have a 4 hour work week if you're able to automate your real estate business.

I remember 30 years ago that ALL of our electricity was supposed to be produced by solar and everyone would work a 4 day work week by this point in time.

Through these two events plus and enormous rabbit hole tumble into real estate advise books like the ones on this website (thanks again Brandon) along with an avalanche of YouTube videos and other business self help books like “The 4-Hour Work Week” I’ve developed the confidence and put in place the systems to help pull the trigger on my first two buy and hold rental property deals.

The 4 hour work week by Tim Ferris takes a bit of time to set up but i want to help alot of people get alot more done with less wasted time.

I have been chief cook and bottle washer while working an average 50hr work week at my regular job.

Intimating that it is free money is like saying I got paid $50,000 last year for nothing ... oh except for the year of 40 hour work weeks I put in.  

Eventually, I would like to supplement enough income to scale back to a 40-50hr work week at my job and break away from the turnkey side of it to further maximize returns.
