Was wondering if other people went down this avenue

Hello, I am working on my proforma and was wondering:  If a family or friend buys something for your property and you have the receipt do you count that towards your expenses for bookkeeping purposes? 

You can gauge this risk by checking state average homeowners insurance rates.Few people live in cities that meet all the above requirements.

I'd be happy to show you around the calculators, I have seen people use the calculator results to bring to meetups and try to raise funds that way

I just saw their ad (Booking.com) and wondered what they'd be like.

Knowing with the FHA loan might go that route but wondering what other people would do.

You'll still get people who respond with "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE", but you will get a large number of people who say "NO' or "PASS".You still want to remove these contacts manually from your database to prevent them from inadvertently being messaged again. 

Shocking, I know, but people don't want to pay more than the sales comps say a property is worth.Good luck with the sale.
