Definitely not a good sign.  

That additional review layer definitely can add value in oversight and deal selection.

It's definitely challenging but there are lots of people doing it in Canada.

I was definitely on the fence about this one for a little while before making the purchase, but there were a number of attractive features that ultimately led me to move forward with the purchase.

I have a pretty large emergency fund in place for those properties, but I wonder if that capital could be better employed elsewhere (potentially acquire another property).  

I wonder if anyone has heard of 711 Rescue (https://711rescue.com/) and can let me know if this kind of company might be able to help the LPs in case of imminent foreclosure.
