I would have to say my wife is much happier with me on this one being home on most nights and weekends. 

I ended up attending one of those weekend seminars for a few hundred bucks that tries to sell you on a 30k coaching program.

Same with three dudes up for the weekend to snowboard. 

Get 3-4 jobs, work 16hours a day, both days on the weekends.

That depends on what type of landlord you want to be.Furnished rentals will most often attract shorter term stays via AirBNB/VRBO/etc. weekend stays or midterm stays via insurance claimants, business travelers, etc.

Air DNA seems to indicate a low rate but I feel like the 108 corridor is exceptionally vibrant on the weekends.

I was able to sell same weekend for full ask.
