Hello All,We own a piece of commercial land and plan to build a medical/retail building approx 6000 sq ft. for lease.After the land is graded and all utilities in place including the storm water management, what could be the  approximate cost to build a vanilla shell (dry wall + hvac included) for a modern medical/retail building like this one.Also who can provide funding for this, land is paid off.

I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

@Adam BartomeoGuys the IRS requires the 1099 amount to be equal to the GROSS amount you collected on behalf of the owner, even if you are collecting water bills, etc. from tenants.NOTHING is deducted from the Gross amount,including your PMC fees!
