Here's what we've thought of doing (not real estate related though): Raising small-medium livestock, farming herbs and veggies, building a grow house to farm year round, growing microgreens (currently testing), raising chickens (currently doing), starting a u-pick farm (currently considering), building the property out for farm/homestead tours (this is coordinated year round by our county)...Obviously none of these are real estate related, but just ways we though to utilize the land.

into the backyard without my permission (i allowed 1 quad and one 250gal water talk already, only) and was shocked cuz it was like the house had suddenly been turned into a 'meth house' to quote one neighbor, over the holidays, esp with the 2 dogs' feces everywhere, all over my veggie garden, etc.. everything.What is applicable here and what is the best course of action?

Here’s an analogy, if you go to an upscale restaurant that was recommended by a friend because they had wonderful porterhouse steak and say, I’ve got $100 to spend and I want meat for dinner, with a starch and a veggie, and I’m thirsty, so add some fluid, thinking the chef will take care of you.
