What I got back from one of the cities is a list of code enforcement complaints from neighbors of problem properties who have made complaints ranging of all sorts of things such as burnt lawns, overgrown vegetation, abandoned cars left on driveways, furniture being left in the front yard, occasional building permit issues.

I didn't mind the city cleaning the sewer at our property until after they caused damage to our vegetable garden and spread contaminated sewer particles on our deck and vegetable pots.

When compared to a vegetable picker sweating in 100 degree heat all day earning min. wage, the $/hr/sweat ratio of a real estate investor is quite ridiculous.
