Take their space and hire admins to go with the VAs and have 2 showing assistants who get paid a salary and done.

Guest experience- We have hired VAs that do 24/7 messaging, so guest always have access to someone, we also have an Instacart+ membership so we are able to send anything over if they need it (like if our cleaners didn't put out enough toilet paper, etc.).

Quality VAs can do anything.

They definitely can provide you with hig quality VAs.

We have looked at VAs and that model but I wanted to take responsibility especially as we stabilize some of the bigger projects. 

Their VAs will typically use Hospitable to manage your account and automate as much as possible but are there to answer one-to-one questions when a human touch is needed

What resources do you use to communicate with guests and do you use any VAs?

I like our VAs, really depends on how much you can handle effectively..
