Bad debt isn”t actually bad, rather it’s unproductive, and can be bad if overused, or abused.  

I know once I find out what works I will get the hang of it but on my days off I am so lost on what my ONE thing should be and at the end of the day I normally feel unproductive as far as wholesaling goes.
