That's besides the point though.We have been receiving a few complaints about tenants being uneasy due to the amount of loitering neighbors and city folk who are literally bringing chairs and sitting outside my apartment.

They did, but I felt a little uneasy because I sent them wire instructions, asked them to call me to verify, couldn't reach anyone in the office even though they said they'd tell me when they've sent the funds, and only found out when I logged in to my account to find that their wire arrived to me.

The free service, for landlords with two or less properties, tracks expenses, profit/loss, etc. of your rental properties ($50 fee if greater than two) but it requires linking accounts in order to automatically track and categorize expenses for you.I’m always uneasy when a website requires linking bank accounts.

I do 5-8% if I feel confident about the property and scope of work and lean towards 8-12% if I'm uneasy or there are some unknowns.
