I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them then i bring my own pods LOL unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

In my experience it is common and customary for the landlord or builder to provide TIA, tenant improvement allowance, to the tenant to assist if not cover the majority of the internal buildout.

It will be on you to reach out to these folks to see if you would be a good match for what they need.It is *not* a site where people can just put in their travel dates and find, book and pay for a place to stay without interacting with a human.

Also, sometimes they travel with their family so it may be beneficial to rent it out by the unit and not by the room.

This fits my plan for a couple of reasons, I plan to rent one unit long team and as I travel a fair bit for work I'll Airbnb the second unit when I'm overseas.
