Most paperwork does not reveal the auto transmission in need of repair or the possibility of braces for the children.

I know there are smarter and more skilled people than me, for instance I know how an automatic transmission works, but if I tried to design one, or even rebuild one I would have parts left over, better to let an expert who is trained and experienced in that field do the job, so that I can enjoy the product, right?

But the other day I was on my way to one of my properties a transmission repair shop I pass all the time is up for sale.

Do not leave it up to the property owner.They might not confirm the fax went through to the bank,they might submit tot he wrong department,they might be using an old dirty fax machine where the transmission was garbled and the bank cannot read it etc.Make sure they sign the release EXACTLY as they signed the closing papers when they bought.I have had instances where unless the signature is exact as what they have on file for closing docs they will not release info.If someone married or they sold to someone else etc. you can explain that away it's just more steps.

As Bill mentioned there is air transmission and material transmissions.

As far as I know, the breaches and theft of IRS data don't occur during return transmission.

It is a service like any other and like the guy who cuts your grass or fixes your transmission or builds you a house you get what you pay for in skill level and professionalism.
