I had a tragedy happen in one of my rentals this past week and I thought I would share what I have learned with everyone, in case you ever find yourself in the same situation what I have learned might be helpful.

It's not because the bank is full of cruel people; it's because they couldn't run a successful business if they acquiesced to every "tragedy" in the life of clients.

At least, that was what the dude told me... this was post the 9-11 tragedies, and I do carry a non-anglo last name...

But above comment is probably right about tragedy of the commons effect on "everyone's laundry area" which can be a cleaning and utility cost issue and even vagrant or misuse issues..

This was a tragedy, but you have to balance going on with your life with precaution.  

So then I did a basic Google search the owners name and zip code, to find any other known addresses or phone number(s) instead I found an Orlando Sentential article with the owners name stating that she was murdered in her home (This was a tragedy she was a mother of 4, but at least justice was served the murderer was sentenced to 25 to life he got what he deserved).

It has been a while since I have posted anything due to a tragedy in the family I have been dealing with.
